How do I get started?

Simply fill out our inquiry form, and we’ll reach out to schedule your complimentary 15-minute phone consultation. During this call, we’ll discuss your needs and schedule an in-home consultation to create your customized plan.

How far in advance Should I book?

The earlier the better! I recommend booking at least 2-3 weeks in advance. While we occasionally have flexibility for time-sensitive projects, reaching out early ensures we can create the most thoughtful plan for transforming your space.

What areas do you organize?

Everything in your home! From kitchens and closets to playrooms and pantries, we create functional, beautiful systems throughout your entire space.

How long will this take, and how much will it cost?

Every home is as unique as you are! The time and cost depend on the size, volume, and scope of your project. We provide personalized quotes after the in-home consultation to ensure we meet your specific needs.

Do you organize outside of NYC?

While we primarily serve Manhattan, we work with clients in their seasonal homes throughout The Hamptons, North Fork, and The Jersey Shore. We evaluate these projects on a case-by-case basis to ensure we can deliver the same high-touch service our clients expect. What should I expect during my organizing session?

Once we’ve aligned on your vision during the consultation, we begin transforming your space with our signature approach. We carefully assess, measure, and design systems specifically for your lifestyle. Every detail is considered—from selecting the perfect organizational products to implementing systems that are both beautiful and sustainable.

How many organizers will work on my project?

You’ll have a dedicated team of at least two expert organizers ensuring efficient, thorough transformation of your space.

When do you organize?

We’re available Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm (EST).

How should I prepare?

No need to tidy up—really! We prefer to see your space as it is, allowing us to create solutions tailored to you.

Do I need to be home during the process?

You only need to be present for the editing portion, which we make efficient and easy for you. For the rest, you can trust us to handle everything while you go about your day!

Will you help find the right products for my space?

Absolutely! We measure, space plan, and procure products that fit perfectly for your space and family. We handle everything from researching and shopping to purchasing, delivering, and returning any items we don’t use.

Will you donate my items?

That’s up to you! While you’re welcome to handle donations yourself, we can arrange for our trusted eco-friendly partner to collect items directly from your home. This convenient removal service includes a fee based on volume, and ensures your items are responsibly disposed of or donated.

Will you manage trash and recycling?

We’ll handle regular trash disposal during our session according to your building or home’s guidelines. For larger items or bulk removal, we partner with an eco-friendly junk removal service that can pick up directly from your home for an additional fee.

Do you offer moving services?

While we don’t pack or unpack boxes, we specialize in transforming your new space after movers complete their soft unpack. When possible, we love to see how you currently live to create the most personalized systems for your new home. Once your move is complete, we’ll step in to design beautiful, functional spaces that feel perfectly tailored to you.

Do you offer refresh sessions?

Absolutely! As your life evolves, we’re happy to return and refresh any space we’ve previously organized.
